About Sun House Village

Sun House Village is a private resort of 68 luxury apartments and villa's in the village of Kosharitsa just 3km from Sunny Beach.

Each apartment and villa is stylishly modern, whilst sympathetic to Bulgarian tradition and is tailored to give a more private, individual feel.

 

 

 

 

The new development features a large swimming pool with separate children's pool, landscaped gardens and a small children's play area. Wooden sun loungers surround the pool for you to relax in the sunshine.

 

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available around the complex for you to access the internet using your own laptop or Wi-Fi enabled device.

The complex is gated for your peace of mind and benefits from 24 hour security at the gatehouse. Our management and maintenance company are based on site and are there to help during your stay.

 

 

 

New for 2010 is the Sun House Bar Bistro which is open late serving hot and cold drinks, snacks and main meals, including:

Drinks - Beer, Wine, Spirits, Tea, Coffee and Soft Drinks

Snacks - Crisps, Sweets and Ice Cream

Meals - Salads, Meatballs, Chicken, Hamburger, Omlettes, Sandwiches and French Fries

A selection of grocery items are also available for you to purchase

The busy resort of Sunny Beach is just 3km from Sun House Village, you can either walk or the reliable bus service takes you into the heart of Sunny Beach in just 5 minutes at a cost of around 1lev (about 40p). The bus runs throughout the day from 06:00am and the last bus leaves Sunny Beach at 00:30am, a full bus timetable is available in the villa.
