About The Villa
Newly built in 2008 and available for holiday rental the villa is stylishly modern, whilst sympathetic to Bulgarian tradition and is tailored to give a more private, individual feel.
The villa accommodates up to 6 people and is part of Sun House Village which is a cluster of luxury private villas and apartments surrounding a large pool, a children's splash pool and play area.
A new bar bistro has recently opened on the complex offering full bar facilities with a wide choice of meals and snacks. A selection of grocery items are also available for purchase.
The Complex Includes:
Large swimming pool with children's splash pool, wooden sun loungers, children's play area, bar bistro, fully landscaped gardens, 24 hour on site security with gated access to complex and free Wi-Fi internet access.
The Villa Includes:
Living room, fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 wetrooms, air conditioning, tiles or laminated wooden floors throughout, double glazing and shutters on all windows and doors.

Ground Floor
Living Room
This large and spacious room has the extra feature of air conditioning for that added comfort. The room has a comfortable double sofa bed and fireplace. Double doors lead out to a small front garden area.
A 32" LCD TV and DVD player are available in the living room, a selection of DVD's are also provided or you are welcome to bring your own.
Kitchen
The kitchen area comprises of a fully fitted kitchen will all essential appliances such as hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine as well as all accessories including cutlery and plates etc. A washing machine is provided for use during your holiday.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a glass dining table with four chairs.
With a double window and double doors this room is bright and airy. Shutters are fitted to windows and doors to keep the room cool and block out sunshine in the morning.
Wet Room
A toilet, shower and sink are located on the ground floor. An ample supply of fresh towels are provided.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Bedside lamps and a hair dryer are provided. Large window and double doors provide plenty of natural light to make this room bright and airy.
The doors open out onto a generous size sun terrace overlooking the complex and pool with great views of the surrounding area. Shutters are fitted to the window and doors to keep the room cool and block out sunshine in the morning.
Sun Terrace
The large sun terrace is accessed through double doors from the master bedroom. The terrace has a table and four chairs and is a great area to unwind and relax overlooking Sun House Village and the swimming pools.
Twin Bedroom
The second bedroom features twin beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet with lamp and hairdryer.
Two large windows and a door provide plenty of natural light to make this room bright and airy.
The door opens out onto a small balcony overlooking the complex with great views of Sunny Beach and the surrounding area. Shutters are fitted to the windows and door to keep the room cool and block out sunshine in the morning.
A travel cot is available in this room for your use if required. When not required the travel cot is packed away in the wardrobe.
Wetroom
This spacious wetroom comprises of toilet, shower and sink. An ample supply of fresh towels are provided.
