Deposit
A 25% non refundable deposit is required with your booking to reserve the villa.

Balance
Balance payment must be made 12 weeks prior to departure (unless a late booking, where full payment is required at time of booking).

Payment
Payment must be made in sterling by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit / debit card. An additional charge of 3% is applied to all credit or debit card payments to cover bank charges.

Damage Waiver Deposit
A damage waiver deposit of £100 is required with all bookings. Within 14 days of return of your holiday this amount will be refunded back to you providing our agent checks the villa's inventory and finds that there are no breakages or damage to the property.

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for the villa is 6 persons. We know other villa owners on our complex, if we are booked or you require more than one villa, please contact us as we will help you find another villa.

Long / Short Term Rentals & Last Minute Bookings
Enquiries are also welcome for long term rental, short duration stays in low season and ‘last minute’ rates. Please contact us for further details.

Airport Transfers
Transfers from the aiport to the villa are not included but can be arranged - please contact us for further details and charges.

Cancellation
All booking cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing to us.

Pets
Pets or animals are not allowed under any circumstances.

Smoking
Smoking within the villa is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are used throughout the villa.
